Smart Bass Vibration Headset

I bought this headset as I needed a Vibration headset for gaming and this was the only headset I could find with this feature. I also wanted to use this for chatting with my friends in US as it had a flexible mic which can be folded when not being used.
Its excellent value for money and with the vibration feature its an experience playing video games .

This headset is unique and best of class in this range. This wraps u in a perfect dolby digital theatre effect when used with compatible hardware and software,. thanks to the usb powered vibration. Its just blasting in gaming. You should have an HD audio headphone output (preferably of a sound card - not onboard) optimised for headphones or a software like powerdvd to enable dolby headphone in audio setting (even works good in onboard sound) to perfectly enjoy movies n music in surround sound. However i'd like to pen down the pros and cons what i felt.

Pros
1. Good frequency response with punchy bass and treble. (20-16khz)
2. Vibrations are optimised as if a subwoofer presence is felt. (40-90 Hz freq are fed to vibrator)
3. Good ear cushions and firm grip to ears.
4. Volume control and bass vibrator 2 level adjuster n on off switch in wired remote.
5. Very responsive noise cancelling microphone, optimsed for chatting.
6. Best deal in this price range.
7. Attractive and Sturdy packaging.

Cons
1. Build quality is average.
2. High freq response (treble) is upto 16 khz only.
3. Switches and controls are of average quality.
4. Pains if used for prolonged hours.
5. Earphones doesn't have a noise cancellation feature (Cannot expect in this price range)
6. Slight background noise when usb pin is plugged.

I reviewed this product after experimenting with multiple soundcards and software. I personally use CreativeX-Fi titanium sound card which features a HD headphones output and CMSS 3D surround.
Still this is an AWESOME product, because i use/ used many ear / headphones of high market brands and still better than Sony MDX 100, Senheisser etc in the price range upto 1200 rupees.

Ok, so i just recieved this headset around an hour ago, brilliant delivery in just 2 days btw, obviously ripped the box open and gave them a try as i was wondering how good they would be for such a cheap rate. The build quality is pretty good actually, its a 4/5 imo, the only con is the cord, its long and everything but its a conventional one, but a ribbon/fabric one would have been much better to avoid tangling as i see it happening in the future. Sound is a 4.5/5, handles bass very well. Mic is a 5/5, tested it on skype. The vibration is a 4.5/5! It is surprisingly good, tried it playing songs though and not with any game yet, and it thumps well according to the bass. The vibration has 2 levels and obviously can be turned off either from the volume control or by not plugging in the usb. I couldnt ask for more especially since it is SO cheap, pretty comfortable so far, and comes with a 1 year warranty.

First of all thank you flipkart.I ordered this goodie on Apr 06, 2012, which infact was a holiday, (good friday)...
And to my suprise,I recieved it today morning,i.e. 9th April.

The headphones were packed really well,and there was o possible margin for any hampering.

Unboxed it,and pretty soon tried it out.

The good

1)Comfortable to the ear,as per me.Covers the ears completely.
2)Bass is excellent,even though Im not an audiophile,I could make out the difference.
3)Music and Movies sound amazing.
4)Usb vibration is a different.I loved it.But may not be suited for everyone's liking. Can be easily switched off.
5)long enough wire.

The bad.
1)the mic is pretty low.i haven't tried video chatting yet,but just tried recording my voice which was pretty low.
2)if you happen to have a sound card,you might have to plug in the microphone plug in the mother board socket. it did not work for me.
3)the wire looks ordinary.

Its great for playing games,specially if you have a vibration enabled controller.
it brings a whole new level of excitement.

I recieved this headphone on 9/1/12. The sound quality of this headphone is Excellent and the Vibrations are too good. When u hear to any of the instrumentals or other songs having drums, the thumping effect is experienced all around the ear.
This headphone is really very cool & SMART
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for good music experience and a headphone with vibrations.
