He convincingly argues that kids will be thoroughly and eternally built up by planning and executing a once-a-week participatory-lesson (instead of a daily, spectator-style approach). For boys especially, that means action. Each lesson, 24 in all, designed for kids ages 8 through 16, comes with "what to say" and "what to do", and spells out what preparations are needed ahead of time.
