Book: Society's Reflection Walter Smith is a war veteran who has lived a life of tragedy. She was his high school sweetheart who died in a tragic car accident. Joey Stenson is also part of Walters past and was his best friend growing up, until he, too, was visited by death. Jim is a very shady teenager, but he is also Steven Fares brother, who does drugs and parties like its the 1970s. Jim is Stevens guide when he is not dealing or talking on the phone. The story ends when Walter Smith takes his own life. Steven moves on, but in a turn of events, his own past follows him, revealing a secret that changes his life forever.
