I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The product is good but delay is too much irritating
I bought this expensive product as against cheaper options for household electronic products where we have electricity department power (highly fluctuating) and generator backup (low fluctuation). The switchover has 10 sec delay.
This product introduces 3-5 minutes delay which is extremely irritating in the Delhi NCR heat and television watching experience (with UP power going on and off every 10 minutes). It seems normal stabilizers with much less delays are better in this respect and cost.
