I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good Stuff
Thanks to FK for their awesome delivery schedule....No.1.
After looking lots of similar listed product I finally choose this Solo 2 Compartments Tray.
+ Truly Extra Large (Even A4 Size paper looks small in this)
+ Extra Space between 2 shelves (Stuff in as much as you want), Upper tray got no limit
+ Transparent color helps you easily find your desire file/stuff.
+ It looks really nice on your desk.

- Though it clearly mentioned the Transparent white in this listing but seeing those 2 pic I thought it may be looks Dusty color , but it is not...want dusty color because it looks alright even the thick layer of dust...So I didn't get any other color.
But it is pure transparent white.
- There is no option to choose another tray with Inter locking pin if you need 3 tray (like now I need), for that matter you need to buy the another set. If you buy another one you got extra tray (ground tray) which can't be mount in your existing rack & it lying unused ...cause it comes only 4 pin. Company must provide one tray with 4 pin as a upgrade option.
- Due to size if you are in small desk, you cant accommodate it. So before order make sure you got enough space to spare.
Overall a good looking efficient product.

AVERAGE PRODUCT
Ordered this product, seems to be decent, the fixing of compartment takes just few minutes. One Major complaint i have with this product after using it for couple of days.
The lower end of the plastic ends all around are so sharp that it might cut your skin.
since i kept this near to my laptop for using it. everytime i take some product from the lower compartment the upper compartment's plastic scratches my hand and tell you its pretty sharp. i wonder how a company like solo has not observed this.
Average Product, Better to buy from a near store after physically checking it. not recommended for online buying.

Great Thing!
A great product by Solo and nice delivery by Flipkart. Best part about the tray is that can be attached to another one easily that means if your buy two of them you can attach these four together. Otherwise the thing is very spacious. All extra stuff on my bed goes right inside this. Doesn't take much space. Strong build and really cheap.

best is that one small boxes free
its good. the big is really big to stack the papers and my letter properly.
The bestest part is that one more small container free with it.
actually i ordered 2 small box earlier. but this small one i keep in my office on work desk.
Though the big one is to keep at one place, but for a busy man, its must buy necessary item.

Impressive Resolution of Complaint
Wrote to Customer Service after discovering that the interlocking pins were missing in the original shipment. CS response email was quick (despite being a Sunday) and the replacement arrived in a few days. Pickup of the original shipment happened alongside. Hassle-free replacement experience!
