How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that
If you are not satisfied with the fit of the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color. Alternatively, you can return the product for Flipkart Wallet Credits which can be used to place a fresh order.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product. In addition to this, we have Flipkart buyer protection program to resolve any possible issues.

Difficult to keep papers in and take out
The space between cases is very less. The size is just have space only for a4 sheets. While taking a4 size documents, one need to be careful and it may get teared due to limited space.
Better go for a different folder. Not worth the money.

Average stuff...
Design is not much good... Its makes job a little messy.. As the cover tries to close again n again & you cant put in your document properly.. Also you cant keep stuff like pen, etc. inside it... It does not open fully... Look-wise its good.. Also you cant add more folder as in case of other folder files.. Flipkart should really work on the prices.. Similar products available at lower prices...

Have a Nice & Wonderful product
I move constantly, from one corner of the office to another as I am a secretary at one of the leading corporate offices so I have to carry lot of papers with me all the time, this expanding file from Solo is just too good. It easily lets me to remember where I have kept them as it has colored compartments to keep every paper separately. The color code also suits the corporate outlook as well. I love it
