How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product. In addition to this, we have Flipkart buyer protection program to resolve any possible issues.

A good purchase ...
This is a very good product from Solo, and i think those who are giving a low rating to this please try and search a better product with this price.
I liked the product, it's slightly bigger than the A4 size which makes it easy to use, hence You can easily insert documents.
Though the product can be improvised, i still rate it under the worth buy product category.

Very bad quality.
First of all. I would like to thank Flipkart, for delivering the very next day.
C0ming to the product, the quality of the file is very bad. I've Solo EX903 which is awesome, so I ordered this. This is not worth the cost. Very disappointed after receiving it.

Worth de price...
Thnk u flipkart ...for delivering on time...it's nice..cute..n trendy...n affordable...you can arrange n keep all ya documents ..not recommended if ya wanna keep something small as it might just slip out from bottom as ends have openings..though small ones..or else grt to have it

The delivery time is awesome. However, there is a fold recovered at the backside of the expansion case which is prominent. Rest it handles good amount of load. Its appearance is like a brief case. Overall a good product
