I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

amazing idea
I am a regular purchaser of items from flipkart.Service provider is very excellant.
Regarding this solo magic square, i have not seen such a product before. Actually i had wanted to gift something to a person who just finished his tenth, and while i was searching i found this apt item, When i surfed i was 50 p.c satisfied with what i wanted and when i received the product and saw it personally i was really amazed by the way it has been designed.The compartments provided are excellant and will be really useful to such students who can keep their certificates, marksheetsetc..
On the whole i would give kudos to the person who designed the product

Apt for Executives
It's really a great folder by Solo, especially for office going.
Folders with space for writing pad, pocket for IDs, PAN etc.
Nice looks and sturdy design protects it from wear and tear due to rough handling.
Only cons is that it can not accomdate only A4 size documents not even Legal.
You need to fold larger documents to store.
Overall really recommended for executives. Others can go for Other options without writing pad.

good one...
i received the product in three days from flipkart in good packaging... talking about the product, its good and handy... my stuffs easily get into it widout any problem... just one thing which annoyed me was, that the binding of pages was somewat torn. but ovrall its a good buy...:)

GOOD TO USE
The folder is easy to use and it has space to keep CD and ATM cards or PAN cards, it also has a space to keep some papers....
And the price of this product is not very high... it's price is suitable to everybody... it can be purchased by every office guy...
