I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

This Solo Pad features the new magic square texture on its polyboard and is apt for use in offices, hospitals, schools and at home. This Solo Examination Pad has a Strong Polyboard equipped with a clip on the top, which does not require to be punched. There is a Multiple Fold Line on this Solo Pad so that you can conveniently reverse fold to double the board thickness when you are using it without any support. On the left hand side is a Self-expanding pocket incorporated with a Velcro Closure, where you can easily place all your loose sheets and papers. This pocket has a capacity of holding up to 30 Sheets at one time.

not worth the money
Apart from the look and feel, it does not hav the strength required for an exam pad. It can be used as an exam pad only when kept on a table or with the support of a stronger exam pad below it.!
If kept on lap while writing, it bends so much that it feels like a folder more than an exam pad.
Its not worth the money, i suggest you to visit a nearest stationery store and buy a good cheaper pad.
But as usual flipkart s amazing, awesome packin n superb service. keep it up flipkart..

awesome pad
this product of solo is awesome...the outside texture is also good. its length is also good which is suitable for writing.
the pocket which is included is good which helps to keep papers safe...i believe that it is very classy and good... when i walk with this file in my hand everyone gets attracted towards it... even the every person who saw it appreciated by saying that it is really a good choice...

Good and innovative design. Should go for it.
The plus point is that it has a foldable cover and a pouch to keep documents in which sets it out from the rest of the crowd. The outer cover has a nice texture which is good to feel. It folds both ways easily. Though it is a bit thin and made of flimsy plastic, it is ignorable. +1 for looks. Definitely a good buy if you are one of those creative types.

Ideal for official purposes as well as during exams
The solo PB 111 Examination Pad seems to look elegant along with the though surface. I find it convenient during the office conferences & training programs. Even for the students who appear for board exams they can use one side too keep their Id's & hall ticket handy and conveniently while using the other side for writing.

worth for the price
The examination pad is really worht the price . It suits all the paper size. Its sturdy and unique in design too. have not come acrosssuch a product before. i had procured all the colours of the pad and gifted it to the children . its a great gifting idea at a good price.
