I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

OK but not worth the Price
Delivered to me in shabby condition though folder was fine when I opened it.
Not quite the one I thought..
Cons : Not a good quality for this price
Not easy to put or remove papers/documents
Seems delicate specially how the folders are interlinked
Pros : Nice design, color,
Small and easy to carry
Good elastic closure
I realized I need bigger and strong folder to carry my important docs....
I have kept small documents in it which I rarely take out... :-)

nice,,,compact,,,east to carry
gd looking,,,stylish,,,can carry A4 size papers only...4 pockets inside,,,could have been grt if it was quite cheaper,,,,nice button to lock it,,,colour is good,,,,it can carry upto 200 documents,,,,overall i am satisfied with this product ,,,,and would like to recommend it

The quality of the material could have been better for this huge price. The material of the product is ordinary. There are other products which are good for this price.Don't expect much from this product. Its an ordinary document enclosure with high price tag.
