How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that
If you are not satisfied with the fit of the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color. Alternatively, you can return the product for Flipkart Wallet Credits which can be used to place a fresh order.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product. In addition to this, we have Flipkart buyer protection program to resolve any possible issues.

Don't go for this unless urgent requirement for space
First of all I think Flipkart should mention the dimensions for things like this, here they are anyway:
Length: 14inches
Height/Depth: 8inches
The plastic quality is not that good to hold heavy books unless proper support is provided from both sides & base.I honestly feel that its not worthy of 400 bucks I paid for it.

Not a book case
But a book shelf. If you are clear about this then you will like the product. Don't load it with heavy or too many books, use it to sort documents, files, journals, pen holders etc. If you put too much stuff on it then it becomes all shaky and breakable. Otherwise pretty good, decent size. Nice color (hate the name tags on the front though, seem to be glued on with some devil glue).
Buy if looking to organize. Do not buy if looking to store heavy or lots of books.

VERY GOOD !!
I bought the Combo and not at all dissapointed. This is a very good product, sturdy and very useful and also looks elegant where ever you place it. It is also very flexible in arrangement. You can make 2 or 3 compartments and place them away from each other, The books will not fall. You can also arrange the compartments according to your requirements. Very useful and space saving product. I will buy more of these. Flipkart packing was good and delivery fast, got it in 2 days.
