I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. This Solo Ring Binder is made from light weight yet double strong paper board. It is equipped with a High Quality 25 mm 2 D Ring Binder and the edge protection on the corners prevents damage. There is a Printed Index Sheet on the Inside Cover for easier identification of the sheets stored inside for future reference. The paper board is Poly Coated for durability and hence does not bend or warp when stacked vertically. Stacking and removal of the file from cupboard shelves is made easier owing to the Finger Hole. There is a separate pocket on the Spine for File Index Ticket. This file is very purposeful for home as well as office use and has a Label Pocket for naming it.

Unsatisfied product
I purchased couple of solo ring binders in that i feel this is not up to the mark, this is made of cardboard and not plastic, and not looks good. I feels very unsatisfied and tried to get the replacement but they refused to take the product back. If you want to buy ring binders go for Solo Ring Binders Frosted Blue/Frosted white. The material is good and worth the money.
