I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. This ring binder works as advertised on product description page. Good sturdy quality. I use this for my kids medical records, and the interior pocket proves quite useful. Cant find any fault with quality till now.
Would like to add that this is specific model no RB 406, and is labelled Students Ring Binder. If you wish to file more papers go for the D-ring model - RB402.
