Sony BCG-34HH4EI Charger

After struggling with normal batteries for my Canon A530 (yes, it is a completely outdated model, but I still use it as it serves the purpose of taking quality pictures) for 5 years, and of course being ignorant of the various rechargeable batteries around, after much research, I finally zeroed in on this Sony Charger (and the 4 batteries that come long with it). The 2500 mAh capacity is just great and so far so good! It has been working like wonder and even for me--a person who keeps clicking away to glory, I have not had to change the next set even after so many clicks! This is the best rechargeable batteries for camera or any other high-drain device! The price varies based on the capacity. For example, 700 mAh, 2500 mAh, or 2700 mAh.
Btw, the plug-in did not plug well with the socket and that was a minor irritant with this product.
Also, the cut-off LED that must turn off by itself after charging has not worked so far. Hopefully, it will after the first recharge.

Well first of all a complain that flipkart did not mention in info that it comes with set of four 2500mAh NiMh rechargeable batteries. In that confusion i bought additional set of 4 batteries for INR 850.00 from flipkart. But i did not return them as they are worth having.
It took 18 hours to recharge at first cycle and slowly after 3-4 cycles its now 14 hours. Thee batteries means POWER. I am using them on a cheap external Speed-lite flash and am surprised i get around 300 flashes out of it at an average of 1/3 power. Just to put in comparison a normal alkaline will give hardly 60-80 at 1/3 power. And for me its better than eneloop as i most of the time shoot events and i dont need them to retain charge for days n months.. If it can perform so well on a power hungry device like speedlite then you can be confident about any other device.I have now set of 8 and i dont think i will ever be short of power which such a mind blowing performance.The automatic cut off system after full charge is excellent though it did not work until 2-3 cycles.

The look of charger and battery is asthetic in pure white.And basically the charger will cost you just 200 if purchased with battery.

If you are looking for good rechargable batteries which will last long, very long... Go for it. The recharger when you buy this product comes for Rs.200 incase you just want to buy the batteries alone.
Battery looks neat and aesthetically nice although you place it inside any device you use.. It feels good.
You can plug out the charger although it has a timing for Cutoff which is a good 15 hours. If the power goes off in the middle, the indicators does not turn off for the effective 15 hours. So, you would have to switch it off.
Worth mentinioning is that you will not need to recharge for a very very long time

I use this product for SLR flash batteries. I have used Duracell-mn 1500 alkaline and was not satisfied with the recycling time as well as the lifetime of the battery. This battery is excellent for SLR flash as its recycling time is fast and last long (2500mah)

there is a vlue for the brand "SONY".It has got four batteries of 2500mAH. It is good enough for a digital camera and other high drain applications. Price is a bit costly.
