Buying Tips
The 3D Comb Filter on Sony KLV-26BX320 television improves analog broadcast by completely separating the information about light and dark from colour. The 24P True Cinema feature automatically recognizes the movies and selects the correct format for playback. Furthermore, the inbuilt MPEG Noise Reduction eliminates digital noises to provide noise-free images with sharp edges. With a 26-inch screen, this Sony BRAVIA LCD television is an ideal device for bedrooms or guestrooms. You can make your room more spacious by mounting the TV on the wall. The wide viewing angle of 176 degrees helps you to watch programs from any corner of the room.
If you opt for table mounting or fixing the TV in a closed entertainment cabin, then make sure that you leave enough space on sides and rear end for better ventilation and connectivity. The HDMI connectivity reduces the number of wires running through your entertainment cabin. As a general thumb rule, before connecting any external device, make sure that it is compatible with the TV.

This TV is considered to be most selling unit in India, it has good features, good viewing angles, supports almost all Movie Formats for USB playback, Sound is good quality, etc.
Few things to remember though
Biggest flaw with this TV is that it has got annoying motion blur. I am a technical person and I knew about motion blur - its blurring / shadowing of objects that move fast. Like if you are watching Cricket, you might see ghost images of ball or players, etc.
What I wasn't aware of it that this annoying feature also happens for slow moving objects. This is inbuilt fault of LCD Technology, and unless your TV has frame rate more than 50 Hz (only high end above 50,000 TVs have that feature), its going to be there. First few days of watching is annoying, but you get used to it eventually, still its there. This might also happen with other LCD TV Brands as well, but I expect Sony to highlight such issues for their customers rather than their customers doing own research on TV.
Sony should have upgraded this TV to X Reality Engines, but these uses older Bravia 3 Engine, which also adds to noise and motion blur.
Sound quality at low volume level is bad, you can't understand anything.
Slide Show of Pictures while Music Playback and better FM receptions are also much needed improvements.
Other than that, this TV is biggest bang for the buck, its got some rich features that other brands failed to provide.
If you want above problems to be solved, go for Sony's 26 inch LED TV that costs around 30,000.
It is a good product with excellent sound and video quality. Good solid built quality.
There aren't many options available in 26 inches lcd tv but it is the best among those.
It plays almost all format of files including divx. Doesn't play HF mkv (1080p/ 720p) files.
Right now this model is discontinued from Sony side, you can go for 26BX350 model which is more or less same.
Fully sync with my Xperia NEO with HDMI and great crystal clear sound,..also synced well with my Sony home theater.. wonderful experience.I have seen samsung as well as Panasonic which are not at all bad in compared to LCD range. But as far as the piture and sound quality goes SONY rocks.!!
