Pretty good home theater system... If you are on a budget, go for it...
I use this one at my home. Its pretty decent for that price.
the only drawback I found was lack of support for some file formats.
The amplifier is built into the dvd player. This is a good thing because its saves some space.

It's not the best home cinema system out there, but for the price it's unbeatable. The pros : it has the likes of the more professional HDMI output, idiot-proof setup, very easy to use, sound quality on both CDs and DVDs is cristal clear, video quality is also stunning, even on my 20 year-old TV, via RCA. I've yet to try the HDMI output, since I do not own an HDMI-compatible TV. Has an RCA audio input so you can use the system as an amplifier. The cons : first of all, an old pet-peeve of mine...

I brought it yesterday and its awesome! Has some true deep bass experience thou treble doesnt seem pitched.. Only problem is limited video extentsion support like mkv files. Anyways for the money you spent it has better options and sound than samsung or philips.
