How do I request an exchange? What should I return along with the original item?
If you are not satisfied with the fit of the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color. Alternatively, you can return the product for Flipkart Wallet Credits which can be used to place a fresh order.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

They made me wait for the product for 8 days and after that went ahead and cancelled the order from their side unilaterally, without even bothering to informing me. The company has started to suck now. Should be negative stars unfortunately we dont have that option, very clever of the company.
