The reason you're getting 14.8GB only is because, when they manufactured the card is was originally 16000000000 Bytes. Now when the card is formatted, the computer uses 1024, which is a multiple of 8 to convert the above size to GBytes.
Now let's calculate:
16000000000 Bytes/1024 = 1562500 Kbytes
1562500 KBytes/1024 = 15258.78 MBytes
15248.78 MBytes/1024 = 14.90 Gbytes, which is roughly the same size as the card.
Now stop complaining, and read the fine print on the case. Everything's explaine...

This memory card is excellent. No doubt at all. Good transfer speed and I got microSD card adapter with this for free and it was with the card which is awesome. And there is nothing wrong about this memory card and with its price. I obviously recommend this product.
