I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The 'certified buyer' badge indicates that this user has purchased this product on flipkart.com.
Not as good as the one supplied with camera !
This doesn't have backup as good as the battery that was supplied with camera.
Strange because it is same brand and same model of battery.
And also, the battery doesn't come with Warranty !! Even the authorized dealer says the same. So not the fault of flipkart. But Sony shall give warranty of atleast 6 months.
For Flipkart service - as efficient as always.

Bad Experience
I've got this battery with Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W560 from US. Within 6months it got faulty.
Better after use, remove it from the camera. Flipkart is offering good discount, whereas in sony's authorised showroom will get it on MRP.
