Sony PS2 (with in-built DVD Player)

Its very good gaming consol. But without memory card games not save. So if you want to buy ps2 please also buy a memory card.

Sony PS2, It might not be for you if you're looking for fancy eye-popping graphics. If you're not distracted by seemingly outdated graphics but quality game play is what your interested in then ps2 has a lot to offer. Games are inexpensive, there is huge library of games to choose from. For every possible gaming genre there are tonnes. Sony PS2's gaming library is one of the biggest ever in the history of gaming consoles.

In short its a good value for money for any gamer if game play is what you're looking for not graphics. In case you decide to buy a Ps2 make sure you try the following games.

1- God of war 1,2
2- Black
3- killzone
4- Resident evil 4
5- Shadow of the colossus

I would go to the extent saying that the graphics are not bad but you cant have very high expectations. Nevertheless less games like god of war and black have raised the bar for ps2 games anyways. You'll see by yourself when you play.

Its cheapest gaming console in market as of now. excellent for kinds of 5-12 years age [if u can't afford a wii]
I used to own one, but sold it 10 months after buying after playing those exclusive games. Its largest selling console in the world till date but its outdated as of now.

3. games are inexpensive as compared to other modern consoles

4. some blockbusters like god of war 1 and 2, gran turismo 4, black, GTA liberty city/vice city stories are available only for ps2 and they worth playing even years after their release

5. plays DVD movies

6. light weight and compact

cons:
1. Its 12 year old now, and graphics are outdated, [doesn't matter if u are not a hardcore gamer]

2. no support for adding hard disks

3. rarely any new game releases now.

2. GTA liberty city/ vice city stories, GTA san andreas
3. Black
4. burnout series
5. killzone 1

Sony Has Sold more than 100 Million of PS2 The First To Achieve That Feat . Its Use in 2012 is its awesome titles . Its great to enter the gaming world like i did . Today I Have A PS2 , PSP , PS3 , PC , And PS Vita . It Can Play DVDs To replace ur DVD Player or if you need one ( Not Blu-Ray ) . It Graphics are of Sixth Generation For a 6000 Price are good not great . It is good to gift to a 5-7 yrs old kid . Rarely Latest Titles to come so be beware of it . Ur Kids And Family Will find it useful and Hardcore Gamer in you ( if any ) will find it useful . But when you buy it other useful things are also required and total expenditure will be as follows -

Any Game of ur Choice .

Now a days the sony ps2 is an outdated console we know that ps4 has to be released sooon within 2months the ps2 will be greatly outdated after the release of ps4 its over 1 year iam playing games in this one its wonderful there are millions of games in the ps2 library best graphics games= ¤metal gear solid 3 ¤splinter cell double agent ¤killzone and so on best games = god of war 1 and 2 ¤gta san andr ¤true crime ny city very best story and gameplay=mafia dont think of playing games that are released now adays (except fifa and sports games) overall it performs well we can chip the ps2 to play downloaded game iso or backupped games so we dont want expensive original cds overall its good for budget
