It's very difficult to find out the sony service centers at allover than samsung because sony has less service cnters than samsung and the biggest problem is that ........
when sony felt a hardware or software problem than it's very costly to solve it for us because it's all part are very costly ...........
so please make your service profitable for us........

the best thing is that sony tablets are very good and nothing is best than sony in productivity..........
1. Better display.
2. processor is faster........
3. comes with androis v3.2(Honeycomb).
4. 9.4-inch lcd screen.
5. A9 dual core processor .

Just bought it last week. Immediately when I connected it to WiFi there was a system Update and the Tablet Was upgraded to Icecream Sandwich 4.0.3

No problems accessing the SD card. The 3G Functions flawlessly!!

Really the best.

I own this tablet since last 90 days but has a lot of problems, it has been at the service station due to its issues for more than 45 days.

The features/functions included are really nice, but the company doesn't care for the customers.

I called and mailed the Customer Care for more than 20 times, but didn't got a revert even once.

I somehow got a replacement, but the same issues were there in that one too.

Fantastic resolution, Great colour depth, very comfortable to hold, good performance on Honeycomb v3..almost everything i wanted in a tab.. access to Sony's Gameloft and PS certifications are icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

it is better to make your life,and any time,any where to access the all type of your think,like browering chatting,download vieo, any news to lern .Let your personality shine through, but it's equally important to provide facts to back up your opinion.

Excellent product built in with some very innovative features... An ipad user would need to download paid apps and buy some accessories to match some of the Sony tablet's features...
The dimensions and shape of the tablet is just perfect which comfortably allows you to use while holding or while placed on a flat surface... screen resolution better than ipad... doubles up as your psp (you'll need some practice though)and your universal remote control as well... allows you to enhance the memory unlike ipad by way of sd card reader... Easy transfer using multiple e-options and a micro usb port...
Apt for business use as well... smooth integration with MS xchange server and note taking app which can be accessed remotely across multiple devices.
A good base for apps as well... most of them free...
My only reason for dissatisfaction is difficulty in obtaining some basic accessories like screen guard & case... Any point that I do not like about this device is its screen is a finger print magnet... this maybe addressed once I get my hands on the screen guard.

1.Great display with gud UI response(have used samsung tab/phones and this one is comparable)
2.SD/SDHC card slots with micro USB port to use pen drives using USB OTG
3.Can be used as a digital photo frame/desktop lock with cradle(sold separately)
4.Universal remote(have used with my LG TV and Videocon STB and works fine)

Cons

1.HD video playback is awful(my mobile phone SGSII plays those without any problems)

2.Video/music play cannot read files in external pen drive. You need to import to the tablet.

3.No accessories(not even a headset) is provided with the pack.

4.Accessories like screen guard,cover are either very expensive or dificult to obtain.

Overall, Sony has a potentially gud thing going provided they keep improving by going through user feedbacks.
