if u want to buy a phone with its brand value and under 10k then u should go for it.it is lot smoother to se though its proccesor is bit low.if u a music lover then you loved the phone.the 512mb ram of the tipo gives a smoother performance.i am used it for 1 month and 15 days and its amazing!!!!!!!

pros:

1. ice cream sandwich which is rare in branded phones of this range..
2. good processor though it seems low(800 mhz) but due to low resolution and nice gpu even heavy games (temple run and more) runs smoothly.
3. 745 mb available for apps+ 2.15 gb internal so many apps can be installed without any problem.
4. nice battery backup last 4 around 2 days( hav used phone 4 around 50 days).
5. good loudspeaker( xloud)..


Cons..

1. 3.2 inch screen.for genral purpose its fine but for net surf...

best thing about the phone is it from SONY..there are some pros n cons..
Pros:
->Awesome graphic interface.
->Battery life last about 2 days with normal usage.
->Ultra sensitive touch.

Cons:
->Earphone quality is not so good. No bass.
->Hangs a lot with more apps.
->Does not plays 720p vids..but 480p vids works fine.

Have bought two Sony Xperia Tipo and I'm loving both of them. After a long time nice entry level phone from Sony.

small and handy mobile with great features and is in budget...all necessary function are there...processer is fast bt camera 3mp is not good...net is fast 3d games and other games are fast temple run and raceing games runs without hanging...........use this mobile n u need to hire a physicist for eye problem....

Just get this model from flipkart along with 8 GB min SD bundled. Mainly i purchased it for my wife and she is really happy with it.

I think its good buy under this price range and offer. I know there are various indian brands having more screen size and more features compare to this withing this price range. but my personal view is to go with bran name so that if anything goes wrong at least you will get good service from them.

i ve been using this phone for past 3 months..its the best phone one can get in this budget...everything related to this phone is good.espacially,
1. excellent battery backup
2. good RAM...512MB (which is far better than phones like samsung galaxy ace)
3. excellent touch screen.
those who r looking for a phone at a reasonable price which can support games which require graphic support (eg: temple run etc.), tipo would be an excellent choice.

Best buy for the price.Very stylish.When data trafiic is turned on, My battery is getting an incredible back up of 4 days!!!!!!!.Camera is better than we expect for 3.2 MP.All other features good.For 9000 k seems to be the best buy for me surely better than Galaxy y

I bought xperia tipo one ago. In my experience it is good one under the 10k. Now I am exploring the functions and apps one by one, I am satisfied in this.
Already some others are told its good quality here additional are good picture quality,sound quality, internal memory etc.
I felt rarely touch issue but it is not major issue(in 2-3 times in one month).
