I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Blazing Game But Poor Graphics in some fights
Well, I had SoulCalibur 4 on PSP, which is 1 year old and I recently brough this for my PS3. Developers have worked great, no doubt about this. Excellent moves, Kombos, However, I noticed that in some fights when you or your opponents get sideways, It appear as if an Image or Sticker is moving instead of the Characters. I have checked 20+ times on PSP and Ps3, and still this issue remains on Ps3.
Anyway best game apart from this minor glitch. It happens only with 1-2 characters!!!
