I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Avoid at all costs
The phone came in perfect working order. However there are several problems:
1. The cord, even upon forceful stretching, always drags the phoneset along with it. You have to bend down to place or receive a call or else risk dragging the phoneset along with the receiver.
2. Have you ever tried removing a price sticker on the back of a paperback only to be left infuriated at the sticky resin like material that never goes away no matter how much you rub at it? Well,this phone is made up of that material. Wiping it with a very slightly moist cloth doesn't do the trick and it is impossible to keep dust free; the dust just sticks to the phone.
3. The color has faded away in just a few months of purchase.
All in all this is the worst electronics purchase I have ever made. I would give it a zero if I could.

awsome look on ur wall
i bought this last week.. as always Flipkart delivered it early. Thanks To All Flipkart team for such an awsomeeeeeee team work
About product,,,i just love it.. if u r looking somthing which makes ur room/wall looks good this one will be the right option..
no speaker , no display as it is the base model ( actually thats the beauty of this one ..right) :) but the main thing abt this one is it might look small but sound clarity and ringtone volume is really high and good ... i would strongly recomnd this one ....

Cute phone
As ever Flipkart is doing a great job. On time delivery and service to its word.
The phone is a cute little thing at your house. Possibly its stable when on wall mount. When kept on the table, due to its weight and structure tends to tilt while you pull the receiver towards yourself.
Does the basis requirements very well.
Is fashionable and sturdy. Sound quality is good. Quality of the product is fine as well.

Purple Magic
Received this phone few days before. Everyone in the family like it and put this one in the living room shifting a branded costlier cordless phone to another room.Ringing volume is loud and voice clarity is also very good. The purple colour is very attractive. Cute looking. I recommend it.

Good simple phone
The phone is exactly as shown in the picture. The dialing buttons are not on the headset, exactly as i wanted. The sound quality is good, not low, not too loud. Ring volume is also ok. All in all if you want a simple, small phone, it fits the bill perfectly.
