How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product. In addition to this, we have Flipkart buyer protection program to resolve any possible issues.

Good Buy!!! Nice Compact instrument !!!
Nice compact instrument with good ringer volume and clear to communicate. Good for wall hanging.
Advantage: Can see the phone in the night due to light whenever phone rings & key pad is with illumination without battery.
Disadvantage: Could have been better if the wire from base unit to phone had been bit longer & call disconnect should be in the handset instead of base unit.
Anyway it is the best phone in the range and I am totally satisfied with it.

Ok as backup
Good - Compact. Low cost.
Bad - Low volume in hearing. Even max volume is not good. If you are in a noisy environment, this is not good.
As a phone near bed at night, in bathroom etc can be useful. As a backup for your cordless phones in case of power failure.

Satisfactory Phone
Compact & nice, easy to dial, good voice & Ring, worth for Rs.629/- but mine got problem in 6 months, the Dialer button got loose but Dealer agreed to replace it completely, not sure if he's gonna give me an Original product though..!!

Phone
The phone is compact but its only good if you are going to hang it on the wall. It does not stand straight on the table. Its perfect for a backup to the cordless. There is no light on the number pad and no caller id.
