I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Deception
I was searchig for a cheap landline phone when i came across this model. My priority was a speaker phone. In the details of this product it stated that it is a speaker phone..
however when i recieved this product today, i find that it doesnt feature speaker to be used as a handsfree option. M highly disappointed.. :(
Otherwise a guud phone. Handy and lightweight.

Item worthy for its price.
The handset overall build quality is good.
For the price I think this is the best phone I get meeting almost all the requirements.
Only concern was it was not having the loud speaker facility.
I was bit upset by the shipping status but, it was sorted quickly when I notified flipkart.
Thanks flipkart for sorting out my issue.
