Spice has put in a large number of features and thus made an excellent budget smartphone with the Spice Stellar Craze Mi-355. The device comes in a bar form and is run on the tried and tested Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) OS which can be upgraded to the more efficient Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The operating system is backed up by a powerful 800 MHz Scorpion Processor as well as 512 MB of RAM to ensure the smooth running of multiple Apps on the device.
The phone possesses a 3.5-inch Capacitive Touchscreen display which provides an HVGA resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The device also comes with a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) functionality for users who require more than one SIM card for work and personal purposes.

----I have been using this phone for more than a month now...and I'm fully satisfied with it.
----I didn't face any call drops (Even on 3g, no issue).
----The skype app works beautifully and I chat at home regularly with it.
----Using MX player, 480p videos play without any issues (MKV,flv, etc)...but 720p lags a lot.
----The camera is not as bad as people are telling it to be. Yes, it is a fixed focus one and there is a lot of blurring, but if you keep your hand still, you can shoot pretty decent photos (keep the price bracket in mind).
----The screen's viewing angles are of course, not like IPS displays but still, the colors are pretty vibrant and watching videos is a pleasure.
----The ICS update to this has rolled out but we have to go to the store to get it updated. The newer models are reported to come with ICS preloded, so no problem there.
----Ram is a little low but that is rectified by the app killer application. I have to run it once in 2-3 days if I notice any lag...but after clearing memory, the phone runs smooth without any issues.
----Overall, yes this is the best phone you can get for the price.

Bought it Finally....
Got it (not from Flipkart)Been using it for over 2 days...here are the quick facts
user memory for apps...160 mb (ok)
RAM.....available for use....335 mb.....quite enough
Android 4.0....can be done through service centre
Front camera....not for video calls, only for skype/internet calls
Decent gaming ability, runs Temple run, Amazing Alex, Agent Dash, etc smoothly
Camera is fixed focus, decent in daylight, average performance in-doors.
Infrequent errors of proximity sensor, g-sensor can be corrected with reset from *#36# or by simply rebooting
Vibrator is very low intensity, haptic feedback on button press is almost un-noticeable. But not really an issue...
Speaker is nice and loud. Bundled canal-Earphones are decent. But has problem attaching other handset earphones, particularly samsung.... no idea why
Earpiece volume is nice, although not the best
Having hard-time finding compatible scratch-guard or case.... :(...so no dropping the phone till then :)
Overall good for the price, rooting is always an option...

Stellar Craze
Using this phone for 5 days now... A great phone at this cheap rate... The only problems that i had found in this device is that
1.Camera quality is less than we expected from 5mp
2.Battery backup is not good
except this, this is really an amazing device...
good sound, video clarity, the screen is well responsive, processor, graphics everything is fantastic... I am really enjoying this phone...

spice mi 355 is very good mobile and it is very easy to use . its price is very good . but the bluetooth u have given in this mobile is 2.0 is very old version . so change the bluetooth otherwise it is very good mobile.
