I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Spin Master Tron Figure Impulse Projection Clu Price: Rs.1715
Clu which is short for Codified Likeness Utility is a hacker program written by Kevin Flynn in the first movie to hack into the ENCOM computer systems in order to gather evidence. Flynn asks Clu to search for codes that could prove that another programmer named Ed Dillinger stole his video game and passed it off as his own work. Clu 2 was a new program that Flynn rewrote in Tron: Legacy to perfect the TRON universe. Clu 2 believes that Flynn betrays him and goes rogue. Clu resembles his programmer Kevin Flynn played by Jeff Bridges, but with a different voice. He is outfitted in a black suit with yellow circuitry on his chest that light up to resemble the character in the movie. This 7.5 inch Spin Master Tron Impulse Projection Clu Action Figure set weighs 500 g and has dimensions of 5.05 x 25.37 x 30.45. Clu comes armed with a Light Disc and sword prepared for battle. This Clu action figure has a movable body and even the face lights up in the mask.
