Dr. R. Murali (b 1957) is Head, Department of Philosophy and Centre for Philosophical Research of the Madura College (Autonomous), Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He has presented papers in many national and international seminars and conferences. He has published more than 30 papers on various topics relating to philosophy, culture and politics. His Ph.D. is on'The Communicative Ethics of Habermas'.
