I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

good graphics but gameplay sucks sometimes
I brought this game after reading reviews i liked the gameplay (narrated one). When i installed it and played for couple of days i started realizing that there are some issues which needs to be fixed.
- If i start zune before game , then car always runs in reverse - Restarting PC is the solution.
- When you are near completion of race , game freezes momentarily (to load finish line graphics) i banged car many times just before race finish.
- Now I have installed rainmeter on my PC , since then there is no sound during game.
- This game is designed for consoles simply ported to PC, i hate pressing 2-3 Enter keys every time race starts.
- This must be worth playing on Consoles (multi-player)
- Game is very challenging but lot of required info is missing from screen, Like map, timings .. play it for nice graphics
My config, Win-7, 4GB RAM, ATI 5670 512MB DDR5 - In 9th stage ( so i played long enough before writing this review )

Split Second- The ONLY "EPIC" CAR-RACING (Rather-"DESTRUCTION") GAME EVER !!!
If you have ever yearned for a Car Racing Game filled with Explosions & Destruction, Split Second is what you deserve!!
From Jets exploding the Macadam as you race, to detonating massive towers, to collapsing bridges, Everything in this Game is BREATHTAKING!!
As you progress, the Races turn more meaner, the Power Plays - More Devastatingly Spectacular & the Cars - Absolutely Killer .
The sound effects of explosions are simply impressive.This is a game to be best enjoyed on Nice Speaker System at "Are-You-Crazy-Level" Volume!!
Why Flipkart- Because of the ULTIMATE Service they render!!! Though, there were some Unforeseen Circumstances, but in spite of that, I got the game within the Committed time period.

GOOD GAME
Service- Flipkart service is absolutely phenomenal! got the game in approx. 24 hours. Was my first order on flipkart and a platform for many more to come
Game- Split/Second is a really fast paced game with great controls. You have to play in 12 episodes and there are many modes etc. you can trigger powerplays which can cause explosions at the opponents. Soundtrack is good and graphics are great. If this is your first racing game you can start with NFS first as this is a really difficult game.

Good game ... With Good Sound and Graphics .... and amazing Crashes
The Name Split Second says it all .... you would have split Sec to save your car ... and races are amazing... I have reached the 4th Episode and to be honest I am enjoying it ... the last game I enjoyed was THE MOST WANTED - NFS and this is the I guess Better except you don't the cops chasing you but your rivals are surely Gonna wreck you..
If you are looking for a racing game this is the one to pick....

Excellent but not outstanding
I enjoyed playing this game in my PC, but the explosions and the vibrational impact are uncalled-for. The graphics and the controls are amazing. This game is far better than NFS Most Wanted 2012. You will feel a different and refreshing racing experience. I would recommend a definitely "Buy"
