Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners observe a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

Srimad Bhagavatam by Kamala Subramaniam is a concise translation that covers all the significant elements of the Mahapurana Srimad Bhagavatam.
Summary Of The Book
The Bhagavatam Pura?a is considered one of the greatest textbooks that has been dedicated to Lord Vishnu and written in Vedic Sanskrit. It comprises various tales revolving around the incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
During the mid 1800s, Bhagavatam Pura?a became the first Puranic text to be rewritten in some European languages. This epic comprises knowledge of transcendentalism, ways to attain Nirvana through quitting all materialistic ways of life, and devoting oneself at the feet of Lord Vishnu. It claims that just by chanting certain holy verses every day, a person can gain nirvana and be detached from the materialistic world associated with birth and death. Certain citations in the book indicate that Veda Vyasa was the writer of this epic.
Kamala Subramaniam has translated the Mahapurana to English, under the name Srimad Bhagavatam, for the benefit of readers who have no knowledge of Sanskrit. Without deviating from the core subject of its source book that deals with devotion to Lord Vishnu, Srimad Bhagavatam consists of essential Vedic texts translated from Sanskrit to English in a comprehensive form.
The book is divided into ten sections. Subramaniam illustrates various eternal stories from the Mahapurana, such as the tale of Urvashi and the King Pururavas, the tale of Devyani and King Yayati, the famous King Trishanku's ordeal to become an immortal part of heaven, and the love story of Dushyant and Shakuntala. Srimad Bhagavatam merges the three yogas i.e., Bhakti, Karma, and Jnana of the Hindu philosophies.

Books on mythological, spiritual scriptures like Bhagavatham are typically in Sanskrit with an English Translation. However this book was different in that the author has taken lot of effort to pore through the voluminous text of Bhagavatham to extract out the stories which are explained in simple yet rich English. Knowlege of Sanskrit is therefore not required to understand and appreciate this book. Moreover to keep spiritual flavour of the text sanskrit words are in different font example italicized and they can be understood as it is, of course there is a glossary at the end for those interested.
This is the 3rd time i have ordered this book.Although the first two times i got a discount , there was no such offer last time around so it was disappointing on that front.
The package and delivery was spot on as expected which was heartening.
The book itself will make a very good addition to anyone s collection.I have used it as a gift to some of my friends and unfailingly received praise for the same. All in all a very good read for spiritual upliftment. The language used is simple and the stories not so commonly known.
