I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

BOOK OF MISTAKES
this book is too bad .............. too many printing mistakes and wrong questions are there. i don't know if anyone could really found the book useful .. in one word this book is just bogus- wastage of money. don't buy this book ever. even the questions are not answered 100% and there are innumerable wrong answer. this book should be named as book of printing mistakes & wrong answers. The good part is it contains test papers which are really important for practice and time management but again one could not find it useful until the answers are right....... so for me the book scores a bigggggg "ZERO".

Many questions unanswered
Authors of this book did not justify the title as there are many tough questions kept unsolved. Hence I must say that the title should be changed as "Book Reviews of SSC Combined Graduate Level Previous Years' Papers With Practice Test Papers (Solved - partially)".
