I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Great Fineliner Pen
I have used this pen before for my college work and it is simply great!
Advantages:
1. Writes very smoothly on almost all types of paper.
2. Delivers a neat and crisp writing. The ink is not to dark and the writing looks good on paper.
3. Thin form is good to hold and comfortable to use.
Disadvantages:
None

Stabilo point 88 fineliner multicoloured
This product is money worth. It is really very good. The pen quality smoothness and grip all are very good. Only demerit is that, it looks like a pencil. I think Germans may love this look. This product is made in Germany. Final opinion is excellent for students up to 8th class and may be up to PG in case of females. Good to give as gift for students....

Really Good Fineliners
I ordered them just for the fun of it to try out writing in new colors. They are really cool and each color writes very well. They write very smooth and the quality is just too good. A must buy if you are a keen note taker who wants to make use of different colors.
