This is an overpriced book and do not have much of the substance in it. It is pathetic attempt for self promotion.

It has some bright moments when it tells the stories of the others as well, but mostly it is about venture of the author where he does not really tell you what made him succeed instead he promote the rhetoric surrounding the Toms shoes, which themselves are overpriced.
