About Author :
Dr. Purnendu Kumar (b. 1962), passed M.A. (Political Science) from Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya and did his M.A. (Public Administration) from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He was awarded Ph.D. degree by the University of Gauhati.
He is currently working as senior lecturer in Political Science at Cachar College, Silchar.
