Staying Positive

This book was written for the reader to smile and have a good day. Youall find no certain way of doing anything and many ways to do everything. I have decided to share my knowledge of staying positive. This book contains a lot of me talking and yesa]talking to myself I started this book as a journal, so thatas why I strongly suggest itas a good idea. I have put a few different quotes in this book from different people. I have added a few of my own. These are some things I think youall like. I have incorporated the way I deal with things, and I am not saying theyare right, but some way of coping is better than no way. I encourage you to listen to some of the good and the bad things I have written and take with you only what you need.
