Steelseries Siberia Full Size Headset

Bought this 3 days back from Flipkart. Tested it and now i am writing this review. Well first of all the look is super awesome. A really cool white colour with detachable mic. The cord is so designed that you can use the 1m short wire to connect to your mp3 player or phone and another wire with connectors to connect to your pc. The headset is really confortable with big earcup that fits your ear just right. The audio quality was against superb. The clarity was really good. The audio feel crystal clear and you won't miss a single beat. Whether its low or high or medium frequency the headset deliver what it is meant to deliver. While gaming i could differentiate every single sound. This was a feeling that I never had with the cheap headsets. This is again a must buy for those who want quality and ready to shell out some money. You will never regret buying this headset and will enjoy using it.

Hey guys,, i am a regular cs 1.6 player. I had to buy new headsets since a long time. I used to use n73 earphones which were really crisp and clear. I hoped siberia v1 would be the same.. To my amazement , it is really comfortable. Moreover, its mic is really awesome. The overall headset is also good. But its sound is not totally clear, i.e it will take time to adjust, as in my case, it took upto 24 hours of usage ( usage, not time ). So summing it up

Pros :
1. Very comfortable
2. Excellent mic
3. Decent clarity
4. Decent bass
5. Excellent ventilation and braided cord with nice volume control

Cons :
1. Will take time to adjust if u r using earphones.
2. Clarity is not so much, so needs configuration

i m a gamer (cs 1.6) and i was planning to take this headphone to upgrade my gaming gears. But many of my friends have this headphone(white colour)... it would be much obligued if the flipkart team could bring the BLACK coloured steelseries siberia full size headset for sale. and i believe u guyz will respond to my request (as you do alwayz!!!)...thnx..FLIPKART rocks ;)

This headset is legendary. I have an Xbox and I hooked this beast to 3.5 mm out of My dell monitor and man i was impressed. Believe me i was playing in Dark and the sound was so immersive that i could have gotten a cardiac arrest...
Here is a brief pros and cons :
Pros:
1. Built quality is amazing. Thick cable gives confidence and assure longevity.
2. Sound quality is amazing... I could here sound of each cricket and bullets whizzing by me in Far Cry 2. I was a beast in BF - 3 Multi -player. Totally a new experience.
3. Head phones are very light. I Played straight for 3 hours and then a movie for 2 hours. and never felt Uncomfortable.
4. Even at max volume each and every Sound is crystal clear. Way to clear ... In all that explosion and Bullets and Gun sound I could still here my characters heavy breathing amazing.

Cons :
1. Cables : as soon as i opened my box damn there are lot of cables and some time feel unmanageable.
2. Bass : Well bass is normal. You don't get huge booms but that's okay because i don't wanna huge booms as that would be uncomfortable for long gaming sessions. But for Rock music and all Bass is a bit letdown.

Delivery : Just amazing got it within 24 hours .

i have been using these headsets for 3 months and they are awesome... they have a good sound quality with avg bass and are 100% comfortable(you can wear these for hours and not feel anything heavy or uncomfortable). i also bought steelseries usb soundcard after a month with 7.1 surround sound and i must say these headsets are incomplete without this soundcard..!! sound is much clearer and while gaming you are able to listen each and every sound..!! These leak sound like a sieve, which may or may not matter to you depending on your gaming environment. It’s something to be wary of, as you will annoy those around you if the room is quiet enough as earcups are not sealed due to ventilation reasons..!! you can block this by using some sound absorbing material. On an average decent headphones in decent price..!!
