I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Great Buy ... Best Headset!! From Gamer ... To Gamers
I ordered this headset and it was delivered yesterday. Speedy Delivery.
Great product and this is the first time i am actually taking the time to write a review.
PROS.
1. Very comfortable as the speaker goes around your ears. That way you can wear it for hours together.
2. 3-D Surround is off the world. As a CS gamer i find it very easy to exactly locate a running enemy and plan my attack.
3. Fits perfectly. I think this headset will fit just about ant head size. The black band holds the headset in its place making it impossible to slip down at weird angles.
4. Sexy Look. It has a sophisticated look along with a slender design. Meant to catch eyes.
CONS
Never had any problems yet.
If you Play any FPS game .... I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Best VFM headset
This headset is really awesome , truly vfm product n it really is worth its price..the sound quality is really good for music and gaming ..i had experience with razer tiamat 2.2 which costs 1.2k extra. even that more costly headset stands nowhere infront of the Siberia v2. clarity is good enough for a gaming headset, bass is decent, balanced not overpounding. mic is also very good at this price tag.overall if u want a decent budget headset i will surely recommend Siberia v2

Great Sound
After Using these my Sound sense stepped up by few levels...i could hear the enemies far off in the map...also while watching movies or listening to songs, the bass and sound quality is great!
These headsets are amazing and comfortable too, Easily fits your head, good for long time gaming although it might b a little tight at the starting else its all good...!

Amazing headset!
I just got mine few days back.. not from flipkart, but its very nice.
I'm a gamer and listen to a lot of music too.. and I would recommend this.
Good high's and good low's could have been a little better with the bass... but over all its amazing.
Really comfortable.
and the mic doesn't stick out unless you need it, that's what sold it to me :D

This product is really good , considering its a gaming headset at that low of a price , but still , this headset is worth its price..the sound quality is perfect , and the mic quality is also perfect.Its really good for music and gaming .. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HEADSET .. if you're into gaming and music..
