Hey guys,, i am a regular cs 1.6 player. I had to buy new headsets since a long time. I used to use n73 earphones which were really crisp and clear. I hoped siberia v1 would be the same.. To my amazement , it is really comfortable. Moreover, its mic is really awesome. The overall headset is also good. But its sound is not totally clear, i.e it will take time to adjust, as in my case, it took upto 24 hours of usage ( usage, not time ). So summing it up

THE PRODUCT AND THE IMAGES DISPLAYED ARE DIFFERENT .This does not have a retractable Mic ,The volume Controller is bigger and different .The images DISPLAYED are for V2 SERIES.

I ordered this headset after lot of review as I didn't saw any negative feedback's. This is a very good headset with high bass levels. The only thing I observed is volume is audible from outside as well at considerable high levels, otherwise it's simply nice. I liked it.

This headset is a kind of headset which a professional gamer would love.

The size is on the big side but the performance it gives is great.
Now this is an "Open-Air-Headset" which means the audio you listen in the headset is gonna sound very clear and more "trebly" than "bassy" which is good for FPS games (to listen to footsteps)

Usually these kind of headfones are used for multiplayer FPS games not for listening to music. I guess the name steelseries makes it clear. This headfone at its price range is the best for playing games.
