I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Great selection of songs
I just received this album from flipkart. As you can see, the selection of songs is just great. It includes some songs I hadn't heard earlier but loved. This mp3 CD has just two notable problem, all songs are encoded in a lossy 128Kbps format. I wish they had given this in at a high quality VBR mp3 format. They could have easily still put all these songs in one CD. Please note that I am noticing this because I have some really great quality IEMs (Fischer Audio DBA-02). Most people will find nothing wrong with the quality. Even the songs available in most shady illegal sides are available in this format only. Also, there is no embedded album art in the mp3 files. I like to see those on my Sansa Clip zip or whichever audio player I am using.
