The product is very easy to use, and it froths the milk very effectively for cappucino. However, no separate container is provided for the milk. It was a little disappointing to see the size of the jug that comes with the product-the capacity is 4 cups, but 4 teacups, not big coffee mugs.
Make sure that while filling water you place a container under the steam nozzle (for frothing); otherwise, if there is too much water, it pours out of the nozzle onto the table.

Yes it is one of the best in this category as it is cheap and gives awesome results.
I have made espresso which was perfect but while making cappuccino but it was my mistake,,, the proportion was not good at all. But i have slowly getting used to this and am able to make great cappuccino now.

This feedback is in particular to HOMEGIZMO retailer. I had a terrible experience with this retailer and this feedback is not in particular about the coffee maker. I am sure Sunflame Espresso Maker SF 712 is a great product, but I haven't been able to use it since I was shipped a broken coffee maker by HOMEGIZMO.

I ordered a Sunflame espresso maker SF 172. Though the delivery time was appreciated I was completely unsatisfied with the product. It was not at all as advertised by the retalier....

I bought two of the SF 712 Coffee makers and both failed miserably. The water leaks out of the filter and gushes put with steam!

Not a quality product to start with. Started to leak just after a month and makes it hard to clean after using. I used it just for one cup a day that too in weekdays. Stuck with it as flip-kart says replacement period is 30 days. No service center with in 300 kms.

After use of 4-5 time steam convert into droplets.
