This is a difficult gadget to manage
When this gadget works, it works very well. You get two mugs of excellent coffee that can be used with hot milk, as you would with any filter coffee. However, within a fortnight, I experienced a few problems with it. To begin with, you have to make sure that the coffee filter and holder are adjusted properly and then locked carefully, by pulling the handle to the right. Secondly, make sure that you pour out any excess water from the top, before adding the stipulated amount of 2 to 4 cup markings. Otherwise water will overflow. Thirdly, the instruction booklet tells you to add some descaler with the water. It is best to use one part vinegar with four parts water, and clean the pipes and the insides properly, one day, and then use it as a coffee machine on the following day. If this is not done, then the water overflows from the sides and it is a disaster.

Easy to use-good product for price.
The product is very easy to use, and it froths the milk very effectively for cappucino. However, no separate container is provided for the milk. It was a little disappointing to see the size of the jug that comes with the product-the capacity is 4 cups, but 4 teacups, not big coffee mugs.
Make sure that while filling water you place a container under the steam nozzle (for frothing); otherwise, if there is too much water, it pours out of the nozzle onto the table.
It is very easy to clean, and doesn't require much space to operate.
Make sure you read the instruction booklet before using it for the first time-the different functions the knob needs to be set to for making espresso and cappucino are explained.
I bought this for my mother on her anniversary, and she is enjoying using it.

This is a great product.
Yes it is one of the best in this category as it is cheap and gives awesome results.
I have made espresso which was perfect but while making cappuccino but it was my mistake,,, the proportion was not good at all. But i have slowly getting used to this and am able to make great cappuccino now.
PROS -
1.> CHEAP.
2.> Good for house with small family around 5 members.
3.> 3-5bar of pressure.
4.> compact, strong, durable, safe ATTRACTIVE.
CONS -
1.> It take time for making perfect latte and frothing milk.
2.> Quatity,,, it is sufficient for 4.
3.> needs 2 -3 trials for getting the correct amount of ingredients OR the proportion.
If you want something which is modern rather very modern and cheap then please go for it.
