I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. even though i purchased this item i am unable to view TV on this. also we have no support from the customer care of this device. but the software come with this is awesome. and have good support from the developer.so never ever buy this item.....
