I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Swiss Voice Aeris 134 is a waste of money...
This is the worst landline phone i have ever used even the mtnl sets are better than this(but they aren't cordless).....
The sound quality of this phone is pathetic.....it gives a distorted sound every now and then so much that u can't even listen to what the other person is saying....the mic also sucks.
i requested for an immediate exchange but they said that they have a "replacement" policy and not exchange" :(
Buy gigaset or beetel instead of this crappy phone.
P.S.-2 stars only for the cordless function and cheap price.

useless instrunment
This the first most pathetic cordless phone i have ever come across.....problems in the voice quality.....volume up and down automatically while hearing the other person.....sometimes the person on the side is not able to hear the ring and then the voice....looks of the cordless is fine along with the screen ...rest has gone against my expectation.
DONT BUY THIS PHONE.....USELESS PRODUCT........NO SERVICE AT ALL
Hi everyone, please dont waste your money on this useless product...its the worst phone i have ever used....i think they dont have any service center....so if anything happens to your phone you have to throw your phone....and i can assure you that you will have some or the other issue within 3 month......i had faced many issues....
i would suggest go for reputed brands like Siemens Gigaset or Panasonic...they could be few hundred rupees expensive but they are worth it.
these swiss voice dont have any service center atleast i was not able to find 1.....and the product is third class....i feel they are some cheap Chinese make with european name...just fooling around people....i wonder hoW come Flipkart is selling such products.

AVOID IT
ITS USELESS WHEN POWER LOSE BECAUSE THE BASE TERMINAL HAVE NO BATTERY BACK UP, AND IT HAVE A LOW STANDBY TIME AND DISPLAY IN NOT MUCH CLEAR.MY BATTERY INDICATOR IS ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY.ONLY BENEFIT OF THIS PHONE IS THAT IT IS A LOW PRICED CORDLESS PHONE.
