I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Symphony product is Pathetic
The Symphony Jumbo Product quality is very Inferior.After using this product for two months i found the fan Blade broken.There service center are even worse .I registered the service request on there website but no body even thought of contacting me yes but i got autogenerated sms saying somebody contact you withing 24 hours.Even the accessories of this product is not available in Market.So you only need to depend on your luck after buying this product or say any prodcut from Symphony
Nice cooler with a low capacity tank
Pros:
1. nice cooling due to larger cooling pads
2. good air throw
3. convenient design for water filling.
cons:
1. its 51 liters tank proves to be small. You have to fill it twice disturbing your sleep in a single night. Tank gets empty in 4 Hours
