What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners observe a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)
'Out of Stock'
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

|1 Year Symphony Warranty from the Date of Purchase|
Noida based, I purchased this last year in May and found good initially for my bed room of 16X14 size....but when June came, it stopped giving cooling because of lots of humidity and stuff. Then in sept, suddenly it started making some sound inside...which I registered a call and service eng came after 2-3 days to see the problem. In front of him, sound was not coming, so he said, everything is OK and keep using it. He did not open the cooler and checked if there is some issue, even I asked him 2-3 times. Then after 3-4 days suddenly one of fan blade got broken and cooler stopped working. Since Sept-Oct 2011 I am chasing Symphony for getting that Fan replace but no success till now. Finally I went to local dealer in Dec 2011 and ask him if he can do something then he told let March 2012 and he will do some thing for this. Now since March again I am trying to get this replace...but no success yet. Even I raised this in FB in symphony page, but they also did not do anything but deleted all my comments from their page. So this is really not a worth to spend so much for just a cooler...better buy local one. Local coolers are coming in good looking model these days...and those are easy to get repair. Symphony doesn't have any control in their service center, as those are outsourced to 3rd party...and they least bothered about customer problem.
This is not a good buy if you're looking for a cooler to cool an entire room. I've got it about 1 year ago from the Symphony showroom. I've been following the optimum settings and still, it doesn't yield good. Trust me, I've been using it as a PERSONAL/ TOWER cooler (i.e. It's just about a feet away from me all the time). The air is cold when the tank is exactly half-filled and it gets colder as it approaches 'Empty' mark. Water leaks behind. I'd say its a BAD room cooler, but a good and over-priced tower cooler.
- Cooling is good for only 15x15 room
- Not easy to clean the water tank / mats
- If water level is low, dont know why..I get to bear with very stinky smell (Unbearable)
- I bought Kenster Mini Cooler (Honeycomb) 5yrs ago and still using it without any issues. But this seems to be a WORST Decision of mine.
NOT WORTH AT ALL FOR 9900/- (I would prefer you buy a normal / local cooler for 2.5 to 3k )
This is a very good product.
Don't expect this Desert Cooler to be an AC.
For best results do not use the cooler in a closed room.
Also is light on pocket in terms of Electricity Bill.. :)
In humid situation no cooler works.
