I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

About the Bag: Despite its schoolbag type looks/outlines, in real it looked like non-schoolbag, non-flashy, conservative, professional with plush/premium finish/feel and trendy, build quality feels solid yet light weight. Yet to put bag into use, but feels like great great! buy

A Quality Bag !!
I'm living in Allahabad. I ordered this bag on Wednesday and received on Friday within 48 hours. Means a great and fast service by Flipkart.
About Targus bag, It looks great. Quality of material is also good. Inside part of bag is all black. No fancy material/design like you can see in Targus Incognito. Many small pockets inside front pocket.
I am using this bag for my 13"Macbook Pro. So it is little bit big but I'm satisfied because on flipkart all bag size is 15.6".
Everything is good but price of this bag is little bit high so i am giving only 4 star to this professional bag.

Very Sturdy
This bag is built like a Tank. I used a similar model for 5 years, until it was stolen.
Then it came with a lifetime warranty ! (but you may not need to avail it anyway)
I have only one complaint - the strap design. If you carry it in the front, like most people do in a Mumbai local, you will be choked. Unfortunalety, this strap design has become very common.
You can get it much cheaper on another site owned by Flipkart. This time though, I bought an American Tourister for its sheer practicality.

A Good Laptop bag!
A light weight and simple bag. The laptop compartment is well padded. The extra resistant bottom material works just the way as the name states. Separate compartment for keeping mobile, hdd, pen, etc. Can accommodate 2 to 3 A4 size notebooks and a pair of clothes alongwith a 15.6" laptop efficiently.
Overall, a good bag!

16 inch bag with all wat u want in a laptop bag ...comes wid 3 parts laptop case area n utility area n cd flip area in the front.. bag is awesome n best fit for my ASUS k53 ...happy wid wid flipkart before time delivery...:)
