About Author :
B.N.Safaya, born in Srinagar, (J&K) did his M.A. from Srinagar University and after word shifted to Kanpur and got Ph.D. from there. He teached for 30 years from College to M.A. students during his tanure as teacher. Prof. Safaya has contributed over two dozen of research publications and written two books on education. Presently he is living retired life and enjoying reading and writing books.
