Temple Of Thought

Fifth studio album from the best Finnish band(infact one of the world's best band) POETS OF THE FALL.
As they have mentioned earlier, ToT is the end album of their musical triology.. and this album serves as a perfect end to the trio. Each and every song of the album has its own significance, every songs speaks something about love in its own way. Happiness, disappointment, aggression, sorrow, retaliation, faith, plead and enjoyment in love.

The Third song CRADLED IN LOVE is the main centre of attraction. the pleasant melody draws every listener and makes them nod for that song! The song speaks about a lover who offers heaps of care to the one he loved.

And the last song THE HAPPY SONG is exactly opposite to what they appear in CRADLED IN LOVE... The song speaks about love of a psycho in his psychic acts.

Finally one thing can be said about this album:
If you are a POTF fan, yep you'll like the album more than the previous 3.
And, If you aren't a POTF fan, stop running behind stupid music and atleast start now to listen and understand what music actually means!

Probably amongst their top 3 albums? I find it difficult to compare their albums, they all have good and bad points. I still feel it doesnt even compare to twilight theater. I liked the song Kamikaze Love, a few songs were catchy. But none had as deep lyrics as Smoke and Mirrors or a Your Still Here.

I'd rate Twilight Theater > Revolution Roulette > Temple of Thought = Carnival of Rust

I hardly find albums that contain more than a couple of good songs, but Temple of Thought is a refreshing change. Marko's voice is as good as ever and the songs are diverse in style from mellow to rock. The lyrics are beautifully poetic and in short this is one of the best albums I've heard.

POTF deserve more fame and recognition than they get, and with Temple of Thought they prove yet again why.

The best till now and they seem to be growing both musically and lyrically with every new album. Didn't like the last album but this one makes up for what lacked in it. Loved the work these guys do!! A must have!

All those looking for meaning full rock, this is the album for you.
