K. Ramana Murthy (b.1942) is associated with Centre for Management of Environmental Resources (CMER), Patna as an Associate Professor. He obtained his bechelor's and master's degree from University of Madras and went on to study at Carleton University, Ottawa, on scholarship basis. He is an author of two books, monographs, articles and reports on environmental impacts.
